Cece Zenger

Cecelia K. Zenger is a Captain in the US Army commissioned out of West
Point as a Quartermaster officer in 2019 and rebranched as a clinical
social worker (73A ) in 2021. She is currently serving in the
substance use clinic at Schofield Barracks.

Cece began her yoga career while attending West Point from 2015-2019.
She co-created the yoga club in 2017-2018 and was the lead of the club
for more than two years. During her time as the lead of the club, she
earned her 200 hour yoga certification while also helping establish a
yearly 200 hour certification course (through Phoebe's company NOMAD)
for West Point cadets and funded by the academy. Cece also did a yoga
internship with an old grad in Hawaii earning her certification in
Warriors At Ease, a yoga training specialized for disabled veterans.
She also earned an additional certification through the Veterans Yoga
Project. She was able to complete her 300 hour certification with
NOMAD and as her capstone, co-founded TRIBE and has continued to be a
part of the organization via teaching, fundraising, and advocating
since 2019. Cece has been a 500RYT since 2019 and has continued to use
her yoga  training in the Army through teaching yoga to active duty
pregnant women enrolled in the Army P3T program at numerous
installations including: Fort William-Buemont, Fort Cavazos, Fort
Lewis, and Schofield Barracks. She has also used her yoga training to
teach classes to her Soldiers when she was a platoon leader at Fort
Cavazos.

Cece has been a proud dual-military spouse since 2021. She and her
husband currently share an 18 month old son and are continuing on
their family building journey. She continues to grow in her mental
health practice incorporating yoga wherever she can.
