Guided Intuitive Meditation
In this guided meditation, you'll be asked to explore both the left and right sides of your brain in order to explore what offering mindfulness tools or service in general looks like for you now.
Even if you have completed this meditation in pas years, this is a great meditation to do every year as our seasons of life are always changing!
Please have available colored pencils, crayons, markers, or similar items as well as paper for drawing and journaling.

Building Your Home Practice
This event is only open to TRIBE Graduates.
Join TRIBE Co-founder Jessica Bugbee to learn how to build or rebuild your home practice.
Because our lives are ever changing- new baby, PCS, new job, winter vs, summer- our practice is ever-changing! It's normal to need to re-commit to your practice and figure out what is working for you now.

Love Your Brain: Yoga for TBI
April 11, 12- 3 pm, Live-Virtual Training
Join us for TRIBE’s first workshop about Traumatic Brain Injuries and how to structure a yoga class for individuals with TBI. This class is taught by TRIBE co-founder, Army veteran, and Love Your Brain teacher Jessica.
In this class, you’ll learn:
What TBI is and how it affects movement and mindfulness practices
How to structure a class for individuals with TBI
No experience needed.

April 12, 2026 at 2 pm-3:30 pm EST. Event will be live-virtual on Zoom.
This gathering is an opportunity to:
Reconnect with fellow TRIBE teachers in a supportive space.
Engage in meaningful discussions by breaking into small groups to explore specific questions and challenges.
Share your experiences and insights with our current YTT students.
Reaffirm our mission and goals through a guided meditation.
We look forward to coming together as a community, strengthening our connections, and deepening our shared commitment.
Prenatal Yoga Continuing Education

Even if you have taken TRIBE's prenatal course before, please join us again!
Taryn has redesigned this course with updated content and interactive tools to explain the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of prenatal yoga.
Don't think the prenatal audience? Or, don't think prenatal yoga is necessary for your teaching? Remember, prenatal yoga is adaptive yoga. It teaches us how to better support every body in the room, not just pregnant students.

Whether you are curious, returning to a practice, or already immersed in it, this workshop welcomes you.
