As a senior U.S. Army Non-Commissioned Officer, Phil discovered the transformative power of mindfulness and grounding through his own lived yoga experience. After earning his 200-hour certification with TRIBE Yoga Military, his mission became focused on sharing these life-changing practices with fellow service members, veterans, and their families. He teaches to offer a dedicated space for resilience, recovery, and stress reduction, bridging the gap between high-intensity service and deep internal rest. Through intentional breathwork and supportive movement, Phil aims to empower his community to find strength in stillness and balance both on and off the mat.
