Winter Virtual Series: Belonging • Stillness • Growth
A 3-Month Journey of Mindfulness, Movement, Nature, Reflective Writing & Community
Winter invites us to slow down, observe, and reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the natural world.
Join TRIBE for a three-month virtual series designed for active-duty military service members and their families. Through mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, nature connection, reflective writing, and community dialogue, we will explore what becomes possible when we create space for stillness, awareness, acceptance, and belonging.
From December through February, participants will gather for seven 90-minute facilitated sessions, including a special Winter Solstice gathering on December 21. Each gathering will weave together mindful movement, meditation, nature-inspired poetry read aloud, personal reflection, and meaningful conversation.
Between gatherings, participants will receive weekly home-practice resources—including recorded movement, meditation and breath practices, nature-based experiences, and writing invitations—to help cultivate sustainable rhythms of care and connection.
Together, we will explore how intentional practices can nurture self-compassion, connection, resilience, and joy while making room for meaning-making and possibilities for post-traumatic growth.
No previous yoga, meditation, or writing experience is necessary. Practices are adaptable, and sharing is always optional.
